Honey harrisa chicken traybake

Ingredients

600g chicken
1 pepper, chopped
Feta, chopped
90g harissa paste
Plum tomatoes 250g
1.5 tbsp honey
Lemon juice

Method

Mix 1.5 tbsp honey with 90g or harissa and a splash of lemon juice

Throw in plum tomatoes whole, 1 chopped pepper, 1 diced feta block and pour over half the harissa mixture and mix

Add 600g chicken into the remaining harissa mix in a bowl

Lay the chicken over the tray, sprinkle on oregano

Put in the oven, after 20mins boil fresh pasta
